Villa Ricolette is a privately rented holiday home. We only collect the information you send us yourself, and we use it solely to answer and manage your stay request.
What we collect
Booking request form: first and last name, email address, phone number, nationality, arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children, and any message you write. Contact form: name, email address and your message.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare and manage your stay, and to keep a record of confirmed reservations. We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a secure, managed database (Supabase) and are accessible only to the villa owners through a password-protected admin area. Notification emails are sent to the owners through a managed email service.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only for as long as is reasonably necessary to answer your enquiry or manage your stay. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The site only uses essential local browser storage to remember your language choice and whether you have dismissed the cookie notice.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Send your request through our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
